Starwatch!

Join us for a Starwatch at the Tohickon Boat Launch parking lot! Participation is free and open to the public, no registration required. The astronomers from Bucks-Mont Astronomical Association will have telescopes available to look through and will be on hand to answer questions.

Dress extra warmly, as it will be chilly! You may bring your own binoculars or telescope if you have them, or just bring yourself! We ask that you leave your pets at home for the safety and comfort of other participants and to prevent potential damage to delicate equipment. Please also leave laser pointers at home.

Starwatches take place in the grassy median between the two upper parking tiers. Please park facing away from this grassy area to reduce glare from headlights.

May’s session will feature a pre-Starwatch talk and activities at 8:10 PM, followed by stargazing at 8:35 PM.
