2025 LV Plants Cutting / Plant Swap and Meetup

📅April 26th (SATURDAY) the Palmer Park Mall in Easton. LOT Section E/F
10am to 10:30am Arrivals and Set up***
10:30 to 12:30pm Swap
12:30+ We can socialize after the swap as long as we want but most people will be free to leave
The Palmer Park Mall very kindly agreed to let us use their parking lot for a Trunk-o-Treat style plant swap and meet up in honor of Earth Day.

💚 How the Trading Swap works. Both potted plants & fresh cuttings are welcome
Each person sets up all their cuttings in their trunks. Decorate to stand out! We will have a contest for the best-decorated trunk.
You should bring a sheet of paper with your name for people to “sign up” for which cuttings they would like to swap in case you’re not at your station.
Label your cuttings with the plant name and your name so your trading partner can know where the plant came from if they have questions after the swap.
You can leave notes on your station with instructions such as “take a cutting leave a cutting” “looking to swap X for X” or “take one”
💚 Giving Away. Plants, Cuttings & Supplies
Bring anything you’d like to give away without getting something in return. Note that non-members of the group will be free to come and browse. This is our chance to spread our kindness and gift some plants away and encourage people to grow plants in their homes.
No pest or disease rehabs, please.
Note that any plants, cuttings, or supplies you bring that don’t get swapped MUST be taken back with you. We have to leave the parking lot the way we found it.
If you don’t have anything to swap… COME AND MEET us and chat plants anyway! I would love to have a chance to meet as many of you as possible.
Invite your friends and family. Kids interested in plants are very welcome!
