OUR STORY ♡♡
I lost my job during Covid and decided to start my dream business, repurposing old items turning them into something useful and beautiful and teaching classes- my art to others.
We wanted something that would bring people together, bring women together ❤️ to build each other up and create a beautiful atmosphere that would be empowering and just lovely.
We started the classes in our backyard to see how it would be…. and it was a fantastic success.
When temperatures got colder, we had to move indoors and that’s when we met Audra Frank (Audra’s Finishes and Design). She invited us in to sublet our current space.
Ted and I saw that our little family business was growing and needed more space. So Audra graciously allowed us to share the space and become more of an active participant at 260 South Main Street.
So here we are! Our Bloomin Cottage signage at the top! We are just so thrilled and grateful for such an experience.
Let me tell you it didn’t come without trial and error, a lot of time, persistence and help from our family and the community.
Norwescap is a tremendous support system! We recieved a lot of guidance and financial support for our signage, among other things, from grants offered for our little town.
