Chef Abe Lopez will showcase luxurious ingredients prepared with simple, approachable techniques—and insider tips only restaurant chefs know—so you can confidently impress your Valentine at home.

Meet the Chef: Abe Lopez
With over 30 years of restaurant experience, Chef Abe Lopez has opened and led kitchens throughout the Lehigh Valley and New York. An Easton resident and Executive Chef at Stoke, Chef Abe is deeply involved in the local food scene and is best known for his elevated Italian-American cuisine and approachable, chef-driven techniques.
