Join Mayor Panto for a FREE Community Pop-up Festival hosted by the Mayor’s Office of Special Events on South Side at The Neighborhood Center with live music by Lucky 7 and free pizza and drinks from noon – 4 pm, with a visit from Balloons the Clown at 3 pm.
