Earth Day Festival / Farmers Market Kickoff

Partnering with the Town of Phillipsburg and the NJ Youth Corps of Phillipsburg, Norwescap is proud to be part of the town’s celebration of Earth Day with a Festival! The town is also celebrating the return of the Farmers Market. There is no registration or fee for this event! We’ll see you at Shappell Park on 4/21!
