“Eyes of the World” Exhibit Opening – Book & Puppet Co.

Eyes of the World is an exhibition that explores the evolution and devolution of humanity’s relationship with nature.

We tend to think that the ongoing environmental crisis is about saving the Earth or, when we are more honest, saving the humans (i.e. me and mine.) We forget that we are not separate from the planet we live on, and its living systems. We are part of it—we come from the Earth, and we came into being through Nature’s laws.

What are we called upon to do in a time of climate crisis, a crisis that we created?

What stands between us and a balanced, responsible, sustainable relationship with the Earth?

How can we work together to collectively be The Eyes of the World?
