Gather Film Screening and Forum Discussion

Celebrate #NativeAmericanHeritageMonth with us for this FREE hybrid screening of the film, Gather, at the Nurture Nature Center with help and support from Lehigh University’s Institute for Indigenous Studies.

Gather is a powerful film that portrays the growing movement amongst Native Americans to reclaim their spiritual, political, and cultural identities through food sovereignty. The first 1hr 15mins of this forum will be dedicated to watching the film and the last 45+ mins will be reserved for reflection and conversation around indigenous food systems and the lessons of gratitude and intention we can learn from Native American culture.
