Join Gather & Graze Charcuterie at Lehigh Valley BBQ for a fun & interactive charcuterie building workshop! Participants will learn all of the tips & tricks needed to curate their own personal charcuterie board. The one hour workshop will walk you through different styles, techniques, knife cuts, and professional food/beverage pairings. All supplies & food are provided.
A complimentary drink from County Seat Spirits at Lehigh Valley BBQ will be provided for each participant.
