Gratitude Reflections: Sound Meditation
November 29 @ 5:00 pm - 6:00 pm
The Thanksgiving holiday is the gateway to a busy December holiday season, which can bring much joy — but also , much stress. Many feel the pressure of additional obligations, including giving the perfect gifts and creating the perfect celebrations despite challenges including inadequate time, energy and money. Many compare their lives to others and come up feeling lonely or empty.
This is a gentle reminder that the most important relationship we have is the one with ourselves, and taking time for self-care is incredibly important. You can’t pour from an empty cup. The sages say the secret of abundance is to come from gratitude, so take a moment to be grateful for YOU.
Join Meg Green as she works with gongs, singing bowls and other instruments to gently place you into a deeply relaxed state where you’ll be invited to open yourself up to receiving the warmth of love while giving thanks for all we are grateful for. Also, with the new moon approaching, it’s the perfect time to plant seeds of what you’d like to bring into your life.
No experience necessary, all are invited to attend. Please wear comfortable clothing and bring anything you need to build a comfortable nest. You may be inspired to bring a journal and crystals.
