The summer music series of free outdoor concerts continues with the Liz Keough Orchestra on Saturday, June 20, 2026.
Hailed as a National Treasure, beloved queer icon Honest Liz Keough is playing bass like it’s her last night on Earth, accompanied by a dexterous keyboard whiz and four swinging horns. Hot jazz, cool blues, and jumpin’ jive are in store for your listening and dancing pleasure.

The Liz Keough Orchestra played College Hill Porchfest last year, while Liz has appeared in previous years with bands including Psychobilly and the Big Easy Easton Brass, and made a guest appearance with Art For Now. The horn players – Lane, Dwight, Art and Joe – are veterans of other bands including Big Easy Easton Brass, Go Static, Moetta, and This Way to the Egress.
Is it an orchestra, you ask? Well, Liz Keough is to Orchestra like Grand Old is to Opera/Opry.
This season’s Live at Nevin Park concerts are held the third Saturday of May, June, July and August in College Hill’s Nevin Park, located along Lafayette Street at Mixsell Street. Attendees are advised to bring lawn chairs or blankets for seating in the park, or come early and grab one of the Adirondack chairs that are available.
