Opening Reception & Celebration of Life: “Flowers for Alice”

Join us for the Opening Reception of our “Flowers for Alice” exhibit & Celebration of Life of our matriarch Alice Kwiatkowski.
The celebration kicks off at 4pm. Everyone who knew and loved Alice is invited to attend. Bring a plate, and a beverage. We’re also inviting any musician friends who want to play to let us know, and we’ll plan a day of merriment in her honor.
The Opening Reception of our “Flowers for Alice” show is the second half of the event. We’re inviting anyone in the community who would like to submit a piece to please do so by dropping off on May 11 between 12-4pm. As the title says, it’s flower themed. All work should be labeled on the back with the artist’s name, the title of their piece, their contact number, and price, and be ready to hang. There are no size limitations, or limit on number of pieces submitted within reason. A portion of the proceeds from this show will be set aside for a fund that will be created in Alice’s honor (more on that as we proceed). With that said, our commission will be 30% to the artist, 30% to the gallery, and 40% to the fund.
