Highland Park Distillery is perched atop high ground on the southern edge of Kirkwall in the Orkney Islands and stands watch over the town. Highland Park has been distilled since 1798 on the same site where founder Magnus Eunson set up his original illicit still at High Park. For over 220 years, the distillery has sat stoically through long winters, raging storms, and 100 mph winds making for more harmonious whisky.
