The Edible Walkways Project Community Picnic at Valley Health Partners on Southside Easton

August 7 @ 1:00 pm - 2:00 pm

Logo for Edible Walkways featuring a stylized apple core and the text 'Welcome to the South Side Edible Walkways' on a brown background.

The third of four picnics to introduce the new Edible Walkways Project (soon to be the Edible Neighborhood Project) on the south side of Easton. This is part of the Blue Zones Activate Easton initiative, and will pass on to Blueprints Communities, and then live permanently with the Easton Urban Farm at the Neighborhood Center. There will be free farm dogs and potato wedges to enjoy, tours of VHP (it has primary care, vision, dental, mental health, a pharmacy on site, and More!). Please stop in to learn more, ask questions, and to support this amazing project! It will improve access to food (lots of free, fresh, local food all around Southside), encourage gardening and sharing with neighbors, and will impact the environmental health of the neighborhood with fruit trees, native plant permaculture food forests, storm water capture, and much, much more!
