I am extremely impressed with the quality of Cutting Edge Sharpening Pros. I didn’t realize how dull my knives were until I got them back. The difference is amazing— now they are razor sharp and chopping is so much easier. It’s clear that great care and skill went into the work. Cody did an absolutely phenomenal job with my knives that I honestly was about to just throw out, as I had given up hope of them ever being useful again. Being sentimental gifts, I really didn’t want to toss them so I gave it a whirl with Cutting Edge. I waited a few months of everyday use before giving this review as I wanted to truly see how sharp these puppies would stay and I have to say they are STILL sharper than when I originally purchased them. Cody not only brought the blades back to life but as a courtesy, went one step further and returned them to me in a brand new looking condition, cleaning the hinges, handle, clip and even down to the tiny screws. The care that he puts into every detail of his business is what will keep me as a customer for life. Thank you so much for restoring these knives for me – I’m so happy I can keep them for my everyday use.

I thought my 5 bladed penknife was sharp. I hone my own mostly. I was surprised when my knife was returned and it was very much sharper. I am able to slice paper with it now. Great job!
