    Greek Food Festival

    Three days of Greek food, music, and culture at the Annunciation Greek Orthodox Church on South 20th Street. Spanakopita, baklava, loukoumades, and live music – this annual festival is a must-visit.

    GruviTune at the Bridge House

    R&B, soul, funk, and blues at the Bridge House in Phillipsburg, just across the river. GruviTune brings a soulful groove — a solid way to kick off the weekend.

    Strawberry Day at Easton Farmers’ Market

    A morning built around the season’s first strawberries — fresh-picked plus strawberry crumb pie, crepes, gelato, cocktails, popsicles, and two simultaneous live sets (Project 22 Band on the main stage, Mike Frank & Friends at the west tent). Go early before the bread and pies sell out. Wear red if you want a shot at a prize.

    Easton Street Eats Food Truck Festival

    An all-day street festival in the West Ward with food trucks, adult beverages, and live music on North 12th Street. A genuinely local, neighborhood event — good for wandering with nowhere to be. Free to attend, family-friendly.

    Our Lady of Lebanon, Easton

    Lebanese Food Fundraiser

    Homemade Lebanese food — spinach pie, za’atar pie, falafel sandwiches, and desserts — sold out of the church hall on South 4th Street, with all proceeds going to youth in Kfarsghab, Lebanon. The food is the real deal. Order ahead if you can: Yasmine at 484-542-1012, Naomi at 201-232-2821.

    Connexions Gallery, Easton

    “Flowers for Alice” Opening Reception

    The second annual group exhibition honoring Alice Kwiatkowski, Connexions Gallery’s late matriarch, opens with a public reception Saturday evening. The show runs beyond this weekend, but opening night is when the community comes together. Free, light refreshments served.

    Bethlehem Vintage Market at the Rose Garden

    The first outdoor vintage market of 2026, with 65+ vendors at the Bethlehem Rose Garden. The setting is genuinely beautiful in late May, and this is the season opener — which usually means dealers bringing out good inventory. Free admission, free street parking, food and drinks on site.

    Meuser Park, Easton

    Meuser Park Summer Concert Series

    Opening night of the Meuser Park Summer Concert Series, with a Johnny Cash tribute by Chuck Rissmiller opening for Them Dirty Birds. The Meuser Park series is one of Easton’s best free summer traditions — outdoor music, big lawn, no cover. A good way close out the weekend.
