The Attainable Housing Summit is a one-day informative networking event that will gather developers, municipal leaders, attainable housing experts and philanthropists to solve one of the toughest issues of our time.

The Summit was envisioned by the “Housing for All” Committee of the County Executive Summit held in January 2026, and sponsored by Northampton County.

The goals of the Attainable Housing Summit include:

oUncovering land opportunities for developers through land acquisition and zoning

oFinancing attainable and affordable housing. Understanding funding streams, programs, partnerships and resources

oSharing success stories of housing options for veterans, workforce development, recovery, and more.
