¡Sabor! Latin Festival at SteelStacks
ArtsQuest’s annual ¡Sabor! Latin Festival returns to SteelStacks with live music, dancing, and a full lineup of Latin food vendors spread across three days. The Puerto Rican Flag Raising Ceremony opens the event, and La Cocina del Abuelo joins returning vendors Holy Infancy Church and Hogar Crea this year. Free admission, family-friendly, runs Thursday through Saturday.

Latent Commons: Jamie Cabreza Opening Reception
Lens-based Easton artist Jamie Cabreza opens “Latent Commons,” a solo photography exhibition built around the city and the traces people leave behind in it. Free and open to the public at the Grossman Gallery.

Pollinator Day at Easton Farmers’ Market
The Easton Farmers’ Market is celebrating pollinators this weekend with hands-on activities and a Honeybee Tea table for kids. Live sets from Gaia and Damian Stone run 10:30–12:30 across the main stage and west end tent. Free and outdoors, good for the whole family.

Broads on Butler
Eleven20’s West Ward gallery opens a group exhibition by four women artists. Exploring identity and the social masks people wear, mixing digital collage, portrait photography, and vintage cabinet cards stitched through with thread. Open through the evening at Eleven20’s Butler Street studios.

Making the Past: Papermaking & Paper Marbling
Sigal Museum’s hands-on history series turns to papermaking this month, covering watermarks, rag paper, and marbling tied to the museum’s Read This! exhibition on the history of media. All Access Pass holders use the session to make marbled endpapers for a handmade book they’ll finish in July. $25 per session, free for active NCHGS members, ages 13+.

Cita Rodriguez at Levitt Pavilion SteelStacks
Grammy-nominated salsa singer Cita Rodriguez, daughter of the late Fania All-Star Pete “El Conde” Rodriguez, headlines the Levitt’s outdoor stage. She’s spent more than two decades as an NYC elementary school teacher between tours, and her live sets are built for dancing, not just listening. Levitt’s outdoor concerts are free; bring a chair or blanket for lawn seating.

More than 60 vendors set up at the Bethlehem Rose Garden for vintage clothing, housewares, and collectibles, with a few new mega booths added this round. Free admission and free street parking all day. Food and drinks available for purchase on site.

Salute to All Veterans & WWII Living History Weekend
Jacobsburg Historical Society spends the weekend honoring WWII veterans and current duty military, with the Nazareth Area Community Band and a weapons demonstration Saturday, and a WWII-era church service and flag retirement ceremony Sunday. The 1832 J. Joseph Henry house museum and Pennsylvania Long Rifle Museum are open for self-guided tours both days. $10 per adult, free for veterans, current duty military, and kids under 12; free parking.
