11 AM–4 PM
300 Block Northampton St, Easton
Easton Vintage Market

NYC Ska Orchestra
An 18-piece big band blending jazz big-band arrangements with Jamaican roots music — ska, mento, rock steady, reggae. The musicians have collectively performed with Bob Marley, Peter Tosh, Lee Scratch Perry, and the Skatalites. That’s not a tribute; that’s the lineage.

St. Nicholas Spring Greek Food Festival
Three days of Greek food at St. Nicholas Greek Orthodox Cathedral in Bethlehem — carry-out or tent seating available on site. Order ahead at StNicholas.org or just show up and decide what smells the best. Runs through Sunday at 6 PM.

Saturday
8–9 AM
Easton Cemetery, Easton
Birds! Walk and Talk
A guided birding walk through Easton Cemetery with Lafayette College professors and city conservationists — plus a quick intro to logging sightings on iNaturalist. The Cemetery is one of the better birding spots in the city, and this is a rare chance to explore it with people who actually know what they’re looking at. Free; meet at the 10th Street gates.

Saturday
11 AM–5 PM
Louise W. Moore Park
Northampton County Festival
A full Saturday of vendors, crafters, nonprofits, food trucks, beer, wine, spirits, and live entertainment at Louise W. Moore Park. Broad enough to bring anyone, organized enough to actually be fun.

Saturday & Sunday
Various
Charles Chrin Community Center
Lehigh Valley Cat Show & Adoption Event
Up to 35 pedigreed breeds competing in four judging rings, with hourly feline agility races and an on-site adoption from PA Caring Hearts Rescue. More fun than it sounds even if you’re not a cat person. $9 adults, under 5 free.

6–7 PM
Nevin Park, Easton
Live at Nevin Park: Mind & Soul
The College Hill summer concert series opens its 2026 season with Mind & Soul, a piano-vocal duo covering Frank Sinatra to Jason Mraz in Nevin Park. Bring a lawn chair or get there early for an Adirondack. Free.

Moravian Historical Society, Nazareth
1776 Tannenberg Organ Concert
One of only nine surviving organs built by David Tannenberg — the most important organ builder in 18th-century America — gets played at the Moravian Historical Society in Nazareth, celebrating its 250th birthday alongside the country. It was played for George Washington in 1782. Seating is limited; reservations recommended.
