Rutler Screen Printing

My experience is two fold, on the professional side Rutler’s handles our uniform t-shirts for the Easton Fire Department on the personal side we lost one of our Firefighters passed away in September, Rutler’s stepped up to the handle our memorial T-Shirts for Tyler. Working with Samantha, she was in constant contact with artwork, timelines for job completion and pricing. Sam (Samantha Tinsman) also set up our online store to make it convenient for people for out of town to purchase shirts with the option to be shipped or picked up locally. I highly recommend, if you are looking for any screen printing services that you give them the opportunity to meet your needs.

I had “mom brain” and thought I had ordered school spirit wear for my son, who has special needs, from his school Mind you, it was posted for weeks on the school app. I was scrolling the app for information when I saw the Store Closed on the link. I realized I forgot to order the shirts and was not going to have a happy kiddo. I was about two days too late….but I called anyway. Immediately, I was greeted by Samantha. I explained my situation and she gladly reopened the store and sent me the link to order. Well, of course I had questions about sizing so I called back. Once again I got Samantha. The shirt my son wanted was listed as only available in youth sizes. However, Samantha took a few extra minutes to check and was able to get both the shirt and size my son needed. Throughout the whole process, she was empathetic, knowledgable, professional, and kind. I can say without a doubt that the customer service I received was A+. I cannot wait to get the shirts in a few weeks. I’m sure they will be just as fabulous as Samantha! Thanks again!
