Mariela has been nothing but honest, helpful, and supportive throughout this entire process from the very beginning. She took the time to answer all of my questions and genuinely cared about helping me find the right vehicle without making me feel pressured, not just making a sale. You can tell she truly wants her customers to be happy with their purchase.

I have had nothing but a GREAT experience with Lexus of The Lehigh Valley. I didn’t have a great credit score when I found a car they had. I tried explaining my situation and they looked into me getting a suv but it was a no go. That was what I expected. So a day or 2 later I’m still looking for a car/SUV still nothing. I received a message stating they could get me into the vehicle I really like. That was April 17th 2026. Then I went to Ocean City Maryland recently and noticed that they bottom portion of the cover for the bottom of the car was hanging screw myself out. So I called up and message them and they said they would get somebody to take care of it right away when I got back from the beach. So I went in yesterday which was the June 29th and they fixed it put for new screws in the bottom so it won’t fall out. They checked everything with a quick inspection everything was fine and within an hour I was out of there. So if you need a vehicle and you are looking to get in a new or used car it doesn’t have to be a Lexus because they do have other vehicles on the lot I would recommend you try them out. I appreciate every single person at that place that has been in contact with me helping me answering questions that I have trying to fix things on my car that I don’t understand cuz I am computer illiterate.
