Went here today and Megan was nothing but helpful! She was super knowledgeable and helped me quickly. My bike had other issues and she made sure I was aware of them so I could fix them. 10/10 overall, would recommend going here.

I recently went to Tailor Fit to buy some new shoes and a pair of sunglasses, and the owners – Chris and Megan couldn’t have been more helpful and accommodating.
The shop was very inviting – expresso at the ready and the most recent Tour de France stage on. In regards to the shoes, although I told them that I would be fine with swapping out the cleats from my old shoes on my own, they wouldn’t hear of it, and spend a bit of time putting them on and making sure that they were perfect. I was initially concerned, as I have some wedges that go under the cleats and must be positioned exactly like on my old shoes, but I have since ridden with them and alignment is exactly like they were on my old shoes. Just one example of the expertise that they bring to the cycling community in the area. Thanks Chris and Megan!

Chris has the skills to help you with all your bike needs and the awesome down to earth customer service to make your experience hassle free and seamless. Really fair prices to boot! I had a bike overhaul (shorter cranks and handlebars, tubed tire and rim install, new brakes, waxed chain) and Chris delivered!

Well, let me begin with this one word: EXCELLENCE !!! I am sooo happy to have met Chris. Initially I came to Chris with desire for him to assemble a bike that I was contemplating purchasing from a different vendor. Chris sent me links to a couple of other bikes that he could offer to me as options for a custom build, that would be in the same category as the bike that I was initially interested in. One of the bikes that he sent me a link for was from the New Zealand based company, Chapter 2. Long story short, I really liked the Chapter 2 Koko. Chris worked with me in getting the right components that fit my budget without even slightly compromising quality !!! I took delivery of my bike earlier today, and I am sooooooo happy with the outcome !!! Chris’s professionalism, knowledge of his craft, and kindness is top notch. He took his time in thoroughly explaining important things that a new cyclist such as myself should know before taking a bike out on the road. His maintenance warranty is also incredible !!! If you are in the market for a new bike, definitely give Tailor Fit Cycles a call, before buying a big name brand machine !!! Imho, it will be worth it. After all, you owe it to yourself, don’t you think ?
