Top notch service. I needed plaques within a week for a school award. Not only did they get the job done but they added our school logo to our plaques flawlessly. Drew was a dream to work with. Items were fairly priced. Staff in general was fantastic and i could not have asked for better service.

Had my old bowling ball drilled to enlarge the holes. Jules did a great job. Fit was perfect. Store has large selection of trophies and awards as well as some bowling shoes and equipment. Call ahead to have your balls drilled. Prompt pleasant professional service with a smile 😃

We haven’t had big orders but we have had (super important) personal orders for gifts and memorials. I cannot speak highly enough. The owner and his assistants are phenomenal at achieving the best results to meet the individual needs. They are high quality and sincerely caring. We had a special trophy made to celebrate a young survivor’s victory, and a hand crafted memory box detailed with laser-wood burned etching for the military branch, as well as engraved label plates. Everything was promptly and professionally crafted. Definitely worthy of every one of these 5 stars!

The staff were extremely helpful from the minute I called to inquire until the minute I left with the Crystal.
