I had an excellent experience at Aardvark Sports Shop thanks to Julien. He was extremely patient, knowledgeable, and took the time to help me find the right shoes. The foot scanning process was really impressive, and he used the data to recommend shoes and custom insoles that fit perfectly. Easily some of the best customer service I’ve ever received. Highly recommend!

Fabulous experience today at Aardvark . Sue was so patient and very helpful. The extent that she went to to find the correct shoes for me. She did the complete analysis to make sure we got it right. Very impressive with the professional assessment to fit the right shoes and Not easy because of my orthotics. Would highly recommend anyone especially with feet issues to visit Aardvark . Sue was great and enjoyable to ” work” with! Thank you!

Great place to get professionally fitted for shoes. They offer an excellent selection, and Julien provided outstanding, attentive service. We visited on a Friday afternoon, and it was not too busy, which made for a very pleasant experience. The store carries a wide variety of shoes, socks, accessories, running shorts, shirts, and other athletic gear, making it a convenient one stop shop for fitness needs. We would definitely return and highly recommend this location to others.

The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. I had no idea I was wearing the wrong shoe size for years until getting fitted here. Sheena was so patient with helping me find the best running shoes for the shape of my feet. She answered all of my questions and made sure I was happy with my purchase by having me test out several shoes until i found the best pair. I also just started running and I’m even more excited to continue now that I’m wearing the right shoes to support the arch of my feet along with my gate.

This place is amazing. The gentleman who helped me get new running shoes was very knowledgeable. I loved the detail and time he spent with me to get the correct shoes for my issues. I was put on a scale to measure foot pressure and on a “track” to watch my gait in order to get an appropriate fit. I would definitely recommend this place!
