While driving on 78 headed to see my new grand baby, I got a flat. Idk what I hit, but it not only ruined my tire, but my day. That is until I went to 10th St tire. Johnny and her husband are awesome. Of course I must give a shout out to Louie. He makes customers smile, even if they’re having the worst day. I originally stopped in to see how much one tire would cost from soup to nuts. Of course, I did check with the big name places that sells and installs tires, sure the cost was a little lower for the tire, but then they sneak in other “fees”. By the time it’s all said and done, the “cheaper” tire was what Johnny quoted me, but that would have given me a much less quality tire. I’m older now, so those things matter to me. I have good quality tires on my car that only had 6000 miles on them, so brand new basically. I didn’t want a less quality tire that I’d be stressing over when I’ll get my next flat. Then, upon reading the reviews on those places made me very wary. People trusting those big name places to have mechanics that know what they’re doing and care that they’re installing correctly, to be sure the customer is safe. They obviously do not care. If they did, they wouldn’t have terrible reviews. All those big name places care about, is taking as much money from you as possible. This is NOT the case with 10th St. Tire. It is clear they have their customers best interest in mind. And the customer service? Impeccable. From the time you walk in to the time you walk out, it is clear they not only care about customer satisfaction but their safety as well. Something this countries businesses has been declining in for a very long time.
A very long story short, Johnny got me a quality tire and with the installation, gave me a price the same of which I would have paid at a much less quality place and a cheap tire. This isn’t the 1st time I had visited them. A few years ago I ran over a screw in my other car, thankfully they were able to patch it for me. I was in and out in about 30 minutes. I would not hesitate to recommend 10th St. Tire to anyone that needs their services. Matter of fact, I have told a few of my neighbors about then when they’ve needed a tire repair or replacement.
Hopefully, I won’t need another tire for quite some time, if/when I do, 10th St. Tire will be, my only choice. I feel I should also say, Johnny was able to find a tire, and have it delivered at lightning speed. Those “other” places, I would have had to wait a minimum of a week. That’s not possible to do for someone who stresses over the tiniest of issues. I couldn’t have driven on that tiny donut for a few days, much less a week or more! Johnny had me driving away, totally satisfied the very next morning. And the only reason it took that long, was because I couldn’t come back before they closed, due to my responsibilities. Johnny & Co at 10th St. Tire, you rock!
Don’t be on the fence with this, choose customer satisfaction over whatever those other places are trying to sell. You will not be sorry. 10th St. Tire has customer for life with me.
