What a lovely experience! Our tour guide was absolutely amazing, and I learned a lot about the history of the building and Easton at large. The employees are kind and the museum is very well maintained. It is a little tricky to find the entrance so just follow the signs! They also have a small area for shopping with locally made/themed goods, which I enjoyed browsing through. If you’re looking for a cute or unique souvenir, especially something historical-themed, this is the place to get it! I would highly, highly recommend visiting!

Really great experience! Our guide was super knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and handled all our random questions professionally. We have a solid understanding of the building, and the gift shop was full of great wares! The entrance is around the back. Keep going, you’ll know it when you see it.

The history is alive here, the facts intellectually sound, the guides knowledgeable & friendly, it may not be a time machine but The 1753 Public House will transport you back in time with accurate history such as the fact that it was NORTHAMPTON COUNTY’S FIRST COURTHOUSE!

Lucky enough to walk by during second Saturday tours. Great docents in period costumes sharing their knowledge. Learned a lot of local history about Easton and the greater Lehigh Valley’s significance during colonial and revolutionary war times.
