I looked everywhere in the Lehigh Valley trying to find the Premier White Oak hardwood floors I wanted and was honestly starting to lose hope—until I finally came across Design Floors LV!
Amy and Rick were both incredibly helpful and professional throughout the entire process. They made sure our order was delivered on the exact date we requested, and the wood arrived in excellent condition. Once installed, the floors looked even more beautiful than the sample—we are absolutely in love with them!
I was also really impressed with their attention to detail and customer service. When the flooring was delivered, they even did a humidity check at our property and explained what the proper humidity levels should be for the wood.
We are beyond happy with our floors. They look absolutely stunning! Design Floors LV is professional, knowledgeable, and has such a great variety of options to choose from. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for beautiful, high-quality flooring!

We stopped in by chance just to look at kitchen flooring and I’m so glad we did! Amy and Rick were both so helpful and there were so many options to choose from! Our new kitchen floor looks great and I love it!

The custom area rug we purchased a little over a year ago has had issues with the binding from the start. I wish we had never accepted it when it was delivered. We contacted them, they came out and did some trimming which didn’t help and the rug continues to deteriorate. Will not shop here again.
