I had an unexpected breakdown on Route 78 on Friday the 13th, and AAA Northampton handled everything with genuine care. The woman who took my call was kind, reassuring, and made sure I was safe while arranging a flatbed.

Easton Auto Body arrived in under 10 minutes, and Mario was exceptional. He introduced himself warmly, checked to make sure I wasn’t standing in the cold, and treated both me and my husband when he arrived with real professionalism. His demeanor felt more like concierge-level service —calm, respectful, and attentive. Later that evening, he even sent photos confirming my car was safely delivered to Integrated Automotive Service.

Integrated Automotive received the vehicle exactly as promised, parked neatly and handled with care.

What could have been a stressful night turned into an experience defined by kindness and true customer service. Mario and the teams at AAA Northampton, Easton Auto Body, and Integrated Automotive set a new standard. I’m genuinely grateful.

Today I unfortunately got a flat tire when I went to my physical therapy appointment. A call to AAA transferred me to Easton Auto Body because my car needed to be towed. What started as a very stressful situation quickly turned into – actually – a genuinely nice experience for me and that was because the service person- Mario – arrived to tow our car. He was kind, patient, thoughtful and tremendously interested in making certain that he would do whatever he could to turn this into a positive experience!
Mario’s level of professionalism, his patience, his kindness and his determination that everything he could do to achieve a positive outcome for me was exceptional.

I am grateful to Easton Auto Body that they care enough to hire people who know how to treat people who are under tremendous stress. Mario was exceptional in every way – a reminder that there are still great people out there with customer service skills who genuinely care about the people who need their help.

What can I say about Easton Auto Body? Well, I had my vehicle there for an alignment. I set up an appointment brought it in two hours later. I got my truck back straight as an arrow. I was very happy with the service. The price wasn’t bad. I can honestly say they took care of me thank you, Easton Auto Body. I will definitely be recommending more people to you and for all of those that are giving one stars because your vehicle was impounded that’s not fair to rate a business because you did something wrong.
