Frank is the best there is with acoustic guitars! He knows these instruments like the finest master in his craft! Wish I could leave Frank 10 stars!

Frank is awesome and very generous with his time. He builds unique and terrific instruments.
Please understand this is not a normal guitar store, though. He is a luthier and operates on an appointment only scheduled.
We did not know that, but he was still very gracious and took a decent amount of time talking with us and letting us sample some of his instruments.
He was part of the design team at Martin and has a deep knowledge of guitars and other stringed instruments.

I stopped by to have my guitar string replaced now that I have more free time. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with smiles and a warm welcome—like reconnecting with old friends I hadn’t seen in ages. While fixing my guitar, Frank took the time to show me the proper way to replace a string and tuned it perfectly. He even teased me with a song, playfully reminding me that I need to keep my guitar skills sharp. I definitely will go back here

Excellent work! They went above and beyond. I have a 2023 Guild/ Westerly Collection 6 string that I had previously taken to a local music store for setup. When I picked it up the action was higher than when I took it in. They had moved the neck in the opposite direction and had unnecessarily placed a shim under the bridge. I called Frank and Leslie for help. When I went to pick it up my guitar felt like heaven to play. It was perfect. Frank suggested that Leslie could lower the action a little more if I would like. She did that for me on the spot! They made me and my dog, Bandit, feel right at home. I played some for them and they listened to a couple of my recordings. I play harmonica and while I was there, Frank asked me for a harp lesson. I hadn’t brought any harps with me. Frank handed me a brand new harmonica for free and I provided him with a lesson. Lovely people indeed! If you have any stringed instrument in need of repair or a tune-up, Frank and Leslie are the folks you need to call!
