I went into yesterday’s massage really torqued up from a year of weekly spinning and weight lifting and just not finding the time to be worked on. Jessica managed to really dig in and undo loads of knots, stiffness and tightness in my hip flexors, feet, triceps, shoulders… oof! She was knowledgable, professional, and friendly. She applied exactly the right amount of pressure for me. The environment was calm, relaxing, clean and appropriately lit.
