Atty Prendergast helped me through one of the hardest times of my life. He guided me every step of the way through divorce and custody. It’s the most vulnerable I’d ever felt/been and with his guidance and assurances things turned out just as they should have. Importantly- he is hands down one of the most ethical humans I have ever met and when you need someone own your side, nothing counts more.

If you’re reading this review, you’re probably not in the best situation to begin with. That’s exactly where I was 6 months ago, looking for representation for the types of legal issues that I had assumed I would never encounter, let alone be a defendant for.

I spoke to several attorneys before Tim, and as soon as we talked I knew he was the right guy for the job. He didn’t try to win me over by assuring me that everything would work out, or by promising a perfect outcome. What he did do was give his honest assessment on a serious situation, and list several specific ways we could try to approach it. In my case, it did end up working out (the key phrase here is “end up”; depending on the kind of hot water you’re in, be prepared for a process that can take many months).

It wasn’t easy, but Tim, Rebecca, and the rest of the team walked next to me every step of the way. Despite clearly being a busy office, they always responded to communication promptly with such a rare mix of compassion and honesty that I no longer felt alone during one of the scariest experiences of my life. Now that I’m back on my feet, I can honestly say that even if things had worked out differently I would have been left with the assurance that the Law Office of Timothy Prendergast had fought for me as hard as anyone possibly could. Easiest 5 stars of my life.
