I mixed up the y and showed up a week.
The woman at the desk was following procedures and I wasn’t able to keep my appointment. I was a bit upset although it was my fault. Dr. Labib took it upon herself to go above and beyond and rectify the situation. She quickly became one of my favorite doctors as she is highly skilled very personable and has the best bedside manner you could ask for. I sincerely appreciate what she does and how she does it. Very knowledgeable and takes the time to listen.
