MMY Paddle Boards & Miss Melanie Yoga

I had no paddleboard experience and no yoga experience and signed up for a paddleboard yoga class with Melanie. Her and the rest of her staff make you feel very welcome and are great instructors! Since my first class I have now been to many and even bought a paddleboard from the MMY shop. Great people and great company. Highly recommend

Last year, on impulse, I visited the boutique to buy accessories for my inflatable board. I quickly fell in love with a hard board and bought one. Miss Melanie made the process fun and educational. She answered all my questions and offered even more advice. She even helped me load my new board into my truck!
This year, I started attending her paddleboard event/classes. I’ve done the yoga, sound bath and full moon glow guided tour on my paddleboard and I absolutely loved it!!!
Miss Melanie and her helpers are the kindest instructors. They offer guidance, encouragement and make it fun for everyone. They’ll give a lesson to newbies before we launch and they make sure that everyone is safe.
Her class prices are very affordable and it is easy to book with her online booking system. If you haven’t tried paddleboarding or just want to paddle with like minded folks then Miss Melanie Paddleboards is where you want to go!!!

I rented a couple times and did paws on boards. After the second time, I decided to talk to Melanie about buying a board from her and told her exactly what I was looking to do with my three German shepherds. She recommended this amazing board that actually looks like me and feels like me. Best decision I made this. I found a whole new wonderful paddleboard community. Every time I take a class with Melanie I meet new friendly people. Melanie has really built a wonderful community and you can feel how great the energy is. This is a great way for me to get into nature because I am a nature girl and so are my dogs. It’s so peaceful to be out on the water with them. I highly recommend renting a couple times from her and trying some of her different classes or just taking the board out yourself, remember the first time I stood up on the board tears in my eyes and I said I found my new passion. It was love at first sight I did. I just did second full moon paddle sound healing on Friday night and I’m already signed up for September. I haven’t taken a class yet with Melanie that I haven’t loved and enjoyed. It’s a great thing to do solo or with a friend or lots of friends or as a family with kids. Melanie and her staff are top-notch and wonderful about explaining everything. And if you decide to buy a board from her, you’re supporting small business and she’s always there for you no matter what any questions or to help you in anyway she can. Definitely check them out.
