Salvatore Sciorta
My name is Salvatore Sciorta. I’m a three-stripe white belt who has been training Jiu-Jitsu on and off since I was a kid, and I’ve had the privilege of training under legit jiujitsu professors like Rolles Gracie.
When I saw that Renzo Gracie Easton opened up here in Pennsylvania, I was beyond excited — and they did not disappoint!
Professor Ricardo Rocha is a world-champion Jiu-Jitsu competitor with incredible knowledge and teaching ability. Every class is structured, detailed, and delivered with the passion of someone who has truly lived the art at the highest level.
On top of that, Coach Gabe teaches my son’s class, and he does an absolutely outstanding job. He not only teaches the kids effective techniques and concepts they can actually apply, but he also instills discipline, respect, and focus — which is just as important as the Jiu-Jitsu itself.
This academy is the real deal. Whether you’re brand new or experienced, adult or child, Renzo Gracie Easton offers top-notch instruction, a welcoming environment, and the authentic Gracie lineage that’s hard to find.
I couldn’t recommend them more highly — if you’re in the Lehigh Valley and want to train Jiu-Jitsu, this is the place to be.

Amazing academy! The coaches, teammates, and overall structure create such a positive and motivating environment. I couldn’t be happier training here, truly the best place to learn and grow in Jiu Jitsu!

We are moving to the area and have been dropping in different gyms. This is going to be our home base! High level training and great, clean environment, showers, and dedicate changing room for the ladies which is much appreciated. Overall great atmosphere and training partners!

Dropped in for a class while visiting home. I am moving back to the area soon and am checking out where I want to train. I have been training for almost a year and a half in NC.
The instruction from Prof Ricardo was great. The program director, Gabe, at the front desk was really helpful in coordinating a drop in. The facility is brand new, mats are giant, there are showers on site, and the basement has a locker room. We had about 20 students taking the class. 10 pairs were able to roll simultaneously, with plenty of space.
Class was structured with warmups, some technique instruction with feedback from professor while drilling, then positional sparring, followed by 3 5min rounds. Prof Ricardo did a great job of getting around to everyone to make sure the techniques were done correctly. The students I trained with were all friendly, humble and safe.
Although i’ll miss the school and training partners I started with in NC, I am also very excited to start training here full-time in June.
(Parking is easy despite being near the circle, just park in the garage nearby, 2nd floor and up is only $0.50 an hr)

I’ve been training at Renzo Gracie Easton and it’s been an incredible experience for both my health and overall wellness. The instructors truly go above and beyond to ensure that every student understands the drills and masters proper form. Their attention to detail and patient guidance make learning both accessible and rewarding, no matter your skill level.
