Excellent care and customer service. If our loved one didn’t connect with one of the staff assigned, we asked to change, with no issues. But this only happened a couple of times. All the other staff sent for unskilled companionship, we’re super sweet and caring and helpful above and beyond. Scheduling was easy and able to change as needed with short notice.
