Lauren and Sole Wellness are such a gift. I have had several energy healing sessions in the salt spa. Lauren provides undivided attention. Her sole focus is on our session, my peace, energy and healing. The main area of the business is warm, peaceful, inviting and full of everything health and wellness; from candles, to incense to crystals, salt lamps and chakra balancing elements and jewelry. Soothing soundscapes welcome you into the salt spa where the soft glow of the Himalayan pink salt encases the walls, surrounding you with warmth and hydration. Lauren’s guided meditations and vast knowledge of stones, crystals and singing bowls etc. allow her to provide exactly what is needed to balance one’s chakras, calm one’s mind and soul and prepare oneself for life and whatever may be thrown our way. I, as well as my family have noticed a major difference in how I react to life’s trials and stresses. I’m better able to focus, able to calmly approach problems and overall….just feel better about myself. I am truly grateful for all Lauren has done for me, taught me and continues to do. I’m so happy I found this perfect gem while traveling! After driving for 5 hours, a visit to the salt room was exactly what I needed! Lauren was so sweet and knowledgeable. I came back the next day for a guided meditation in the salt room and a set of ear seeds. This is definitely a MUST! There is even a shop area with soaps, crystal water bottles and a ton of other goodies. I’ll definitely be back!
