I have servere copd. I have been to the st Luke’s warren hospital numerous times. My recent stay was for five nights. I usually get a survey to fill out. This time I did not receive a survey so here is my review. All my visits at the Warren campus, were met with professional Doctors, nurses and staff. I also love the food here. I had the Salmon, broccoli and potatoes for 3 nights. Yummy…. Everyone was caring and compassionate. In the past I could not remember names. So this time I tried to write them all down when I felt they went above and beyond. Showing kindness, sharing information. Over the 5 days I met probably 30 plus different people. From emergency room to my room. I met janitors to Doctors. All were just amazing. When I got to my room the first person I met was Sam I’m not sure of her title but she sat down and spent 30 plus minutes explaining what was going on, answering my questions and concerns. So nice and so comforting I felt I was in great hands. So many stood out for different reasons. All making sure I was comfortable. This list is mostly in order as I met them. Leah, Sam, Scott, Keira, Ally, Sterasia, Dr Revankar, Kelly, Stacy, Brook, Lynn, Matty, Komeka & Tiffany. Finally on my out the door I received this card signed by some of the staff. It was a very nice touch to end my stay. Keep up the good work. Thank you all.

Oh I do have one complaint. I have Medicare and Humana. I see a few specialist doctors, I do 2 days a week of pulmonary rehab. I only have my social security. I believe billing emails and texts are automatically sent when I see a doctor or do anything like pulmonary rehab. Telling me I need to update my payment plan every week is driving me crazy. I’m up to $70 a month now and they want more. If they could extend the payment plan from the current 1 year limit. It would help me and many of us on a fixed income.
    Thank you, sincerely

Just spent a few unexpected days here, after two ER visits and being admitted after the second. The first visit, I was in so much pain (like 9-10/10) and they took me back immediately and had me feeling better within about 15 minutes of my arrival.

As I was inpatient for three full days, I had a lot of different nurses. All of them were wonderful, so gentle and caring. They mostly left me on my own (I requested to be) but were always there in seconds if I pushed the button. I was desperate for a cup of coffee and the cafeteria was closed after my surgery, but one of the nurses (male; didn’t catch his name) brought me some. The hospitalist (Dr. Pandya) was also very friendly and had such a calming demeanor.

Also had minor surgery while there. The OR nurses were great. Dr. Antario performed my surgery and I liked him a lot too. Anesthesiology staff were also amazing, explained everything thoroughly and even gave me preemptive anti-nausea meds since I told them I always come out of general anesthesia sick as a dog. Not this time!

Hopefully I’ll never be back (I live out of state and was here visiting family), but I was very pleased with the quality of both ER visits and my inpatient stay.

I was admitted 12/14 at this hospital and I was on the third floor. There was a wonderful nurse named Kate. She was truly the example that all nurses should follow. She truly cared about my comfort during my stay. She was kind and considerate. She was patient and extremely smart. If you get Kate as your nurse you will feel supported and cared for. She deserves to be promoted. It’s nurses like her who make a difference.

Outstanding staff in the emergency room! My husband had a to be admitted. He had a room within 2/12 hours of being there. The 2nd floor south staff what’s superb! Everyone there could not have been nicer or more caring. We were so appreciative. My husband loved the food! I highly recommend this hospital.
