Star Community Health OB/GYN – Easton

I was seen by Dr. John Pisan yesterday and I never want to see another doctor again. I was struggling on heavy hormones for months leading up to a hysterectomy I should be having soon (hopefully) and the side effects were destroying my life. Other doctors made me feel like I didn’t have any other options. Dr. Pisan switched my medication. I truly feel like he saved my life because I would not have made it another month on the hormones. I was at the point where bleeding out felt like an easier option. I stopped taking the hormones for one night and I was able to sleep a full night without waking up every five minutes shivering and drenched in sweat for the first time in almost two months. He also explained every aspect of the procedure I had yesterday perfectly and eased my mind about everything. I also really appreciated that he warned me before painful parts and calmed my nerves. He did not downplay my pain or side effects when other doctors have. If you see Dr. Pisan you will not regret it. He deserves 10 out of 5 stars.

This is the best Office so far. They know I’m a difficult patient I have extreme anxiety and sensory issues when it comes to being touched but they always step by step let me know what’s going on and they tell me when my nurse is going to be out so I can mentally prepare for appointment. I like seeing the same girl at the front everytime to check me in because routines are important to me and she knows my preferences and keeps conversation light and makes sure I have what I need when I need it. I’m not naming names out of privacy bit the people here that I communicate with seem to do an amazing job with making me comfortable and coming back. Highly recommended.
