I am writing this review on my dad’s account, my grandfather recently passed away and his second wife did not obey his wishes. He wanted to be buried next to his parents, but she cremated him and all we got was a 2 inch plastic urn. We talked to the funeral director and he said to us ” don’t take it then”. I am only 17 and I know that is not how you speak to a client who has recently lost a loved one, definitely not professional at all and very disrespectful!! PS I was forced to put a star to write this !! After I posted this review, the funeral person made fun of my spelling. Nice to pick on a kid. I fixed my spelling maybe he should fix his kindness and professionalism

Chip was an absolute blessing during an incredibly difficult time for my family. He was calm, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable, providing the professionalism and support we needed as we navigated the loss of my father. Chip took the time to ensure every detail was handled with care, and he truly made a difficult experience easier to manage.
