I’ve had nothing but positive experiences living here. Submitting maintenance requests is super easy, and anytime I’ve needed something fixed it’s been taken care of quickly. The leasing office staff is always available and genuinely helpful, which makes a big difference.
The amenities are beautiful, and one of my favorite parts is the location — being right in downtown Easton means there’s always something to do just steps outside the door.

The Marquis is beautiful. I remember watching the building be built n remembering what was once in its place. I’ve lived here for 6 months and love everything about The Marquis even my little fur baby. The leasing office is wonderful. I enjoying chatting with them. So glad I made The Marquis my new home.
