One of the best gyms I’ve ever been to. Super clean, great equipment and a great owner. Matt is the best. Can’t find a better gym in the area.

By far the best gym I’ve ever belonged to, and I’ve been a member of a lot of gyms over the years due to moving frequently for work.

From day one, the friendliness and cleanliness stand out. The gym is always absolutely spotless, and the atmosphere is welcoming without being overwhelming. Matt, the owner, is incredibly hands-on and genuinely kind, he greets everyone by name and makes you feel like you belong the moment you walk in.

It has a smaller membership base which means it’s never overcrowded. While it’s a bit more expensive than a typical commercial gym, that’s exactly what makes the difference. The members are all like-minded, committed to fitness and serious about their own self-improvement journeys. No egos, no chaos, just people there to put in the work and be part of an amazing fitness community.

Matt is also an amazing athlete, bodybuilder, and top-tier personal trainer, and that level of expertise shows in everything about the gym. On top of that, the gym is actively involved in the community through things like food drives, which really says a lot about the values behind the business.

If you’re looking for a clean, motivating, well-run gym with a strong community and leadership that truly cares, this is it. I can’t recommend it highly enough.

Recently moved into town and tried several gyms in the area. Trinity was by far the best choice I made. A ton of equipment, dumbbells on one rack up to 100lbs, the other 115lbs. Just look at the pics, too much to list in text. Matt, the owner, is super motivated, friendly, and approachable. If you’re looking for a new gym, there’s no need to go anywhere other than Trinity. Open 24 hours, 7 days, super convenient.
