I manage about 125 apartments in the Lehigh Valley, so I’m constantly dealing with repairs, emergencies, and coordinating contractors. Out of everyone we work with, Austin and the Winkler Electric team are hands-down one of the best.
They’re my first and only call for anything electrical or HVAC especially when something goes wrong after hours or during an emergency. They’ve replaced countless boilers, AC units, mini-splits, and handled every electrical issue we’ve thrown at them. They show up when they say they will, explain what’s going on, and get the job done right without games or surprises.
What I appreciate most is that I can trust them. When they say something needs to be fixed, I know it actually does. When they say they’ll be there, they are. That kind of reliability is rare.

Highly recommend for anyone around the Lehigh valley. Winkler installed a full heat pump system in my house that previously had no central air, as well as replacing my water heater and installing a generator hookup. Price was great, the work was great, they were quick and efficient, and they were extremely accommodating to working around my schedule as I had a 3 month old baby at the time. System has been great in the summers and winters!

Our furnace broke just in time for a snow storm and sub zero temperatures. It was so cold in our house we were running 4 space heaters and turning the oven on self clean just to avoid our pipes freezing. Austin’s crew came out on Monday, diagnosed the issue, ordered all the parts and by Thursday we had a brand new, fully working furnace. The guys didn’t leave until the job was done at almost 9:00 pm, and then even cleaned our floors on their way out. Amazing customer service and high quality job. 10/10 for sure.
