When our house didn’t sell (pre-pandemic), we decided to stay and make it everything we saw in other houses that we liked. One of those things was a beautiful backyard oasis with an inground pool. We invested in a Monogram pool because of their reputation as well as the “easy care” aspect of their Ultimate Plus package. We put a deposit down in July of 2021, broke ground late May ‘22, and we’re swimming by the end of August. This is like a dream come true and we couldnt be happier. We just had our last swim of the season tonight, and though I never want to wish time away, I can’t wait until next summer to get out there swimming again!
Some advice if you’re considering making this investment: be patient (some of the automated Chem controls are still on backorder and I understand the waiting list for Monogram is a long one); keep the communication flowing; don’t be afraid to ask questions; and engage the landscaping company early! That can be a big expense on top of the pool cost; be sure to factor that into your budget.

When we decided to pull the trigger on putting in a pool, we contact several different companies. After getting a few quote and design ideas, it quickly became clear that Monogram was the obvious choice for us. Tony was quick to respond to our questions and designed the perfect pool for our space. Beth is wonderful to work with and was incredibly helpful to us while making choices on finishes.
