Hard to find places this this anymore. Talented people able to do actual work/repair is hard to find. Even more rare, they are simply nice to their customers. Highly recommend this place. Before you head to a big chain jewelry store, I’d come here first.

Had my original diamond engagement ring reset and sized and another ring sized. Everyone I encountered at the store was helpful and so nice. Great experience and the jeweler who did the work .. it looks great! Shout out to Kathy and Valerie and all the staff!

I am a local resident of the area and stopped in to have Watch battery replaced on one of my favorite watches. The gentleman that took care of me was very knowledgeable very polite and extremely helpful. I would recommend this jewelry store just based on the small interaction, I had with them and trust that these people know what they’re talking about and we’ll do the best they can for you.
unlimited potential
So I went in one day because I needed a battery changed in my watch. I expected to spend between ten and thirty dollars, but it turned out that this is a service for which they don’t charge. The gentleman had something go wrong, one of those one in a thousands type things, so sent it out for repairs… which they warned me, could take a while. They offered me a loaner, which I declined. On reflection, while it seemed weird at first, I must admit it’s conceptually really cool- like a loaner car while your POV is in the shop! Regardless, they were patient with my wife and I when we followed up, and when it came back running perfectly, it was also a lot shinier than when I dropped it off. All in all, very professional, slightly unorthodox, and super cool! I think we may be shopping there one day!

Everyone there is so sweet and it feels such like…home. The space is soft and welcoming. I had my bracelet resized and I know they’re always busy so I didn’t expect such a quick call within 72 hours I got a call for my bracelet to be picked up because it’s ready! Beware of the goodie chocolate bowl tho, hard to say no. Highly recommend this business.
