I had a great experience at Footlights Boutique. I went in with a very specific dress in mind for a Vampire Ball. I had a few picked out, but the owner found this one for me while I was trying on other items. It was exactly what I was looking for. Both women helping me into the dresses were kind and patient, addressed me by name and provided individual attention to my needs, despite how busy they were. She even quickly pinned, sewed and shortened the straps for me since the event I was attending was that night. I wouldn’t listen to any negative reviews; this is their craft and they want to protect it. Any rules or requests by them is made to ensure their dresses are in great quality for their new owner. I would like to say thank you to Gloria and her team!! We had an amazing experience!! My daughter’s fiancé was accepted into the officers program with the Air Force on a Tuesday, and they made the decision to get married on Friday. We had 3 days to plan a wedding. We decided to walk into Foot Lights in search of a veil/hair accessories. Not planning to look at dresses, considering my daughter is extremely petite. Low & behold, her dress was there waiting for her. Gloria made sure her dress would be ready by Thursday. And, it was. Her seamstress did an amazing job on the alterations. We had a wonderful experience here. Our daughter found her perfect Sweet 16 dress here after striking out at other stores.. Gina was amazing and knew what dresses would look best on my daughter. We needed alterations and that was done perfectly as well. We cannot recommend Footlights enough.
