This is the second time we have used Kaplan’s and they continue to do top notch work. The folks at the counter are super friendly and help you in setting up your design (color choices, fabric, etc.) and they make sure they are clear as to what you want. (Randi is one of the nicest people I’ve ever dealt with!) They’ve been around as long as they have for a reason: they are great at what they do! I cannot recommend them highly enough.
Just an aside, if you feel their prices are high, you get what you pay for and what they deliver is quality!
One CRAZY Who Dat!
Ordered my Easton Red Rovers’ flag, and they had exactly what I wanted. Plenty of off street parking, too.

Initially had our awnings made by Kaplan over 20 yrs ago. Due to time they were no longer usable. Rely on these due to hard sun and called Kaplan and could not believe they still had our original order. We were able to use our original metal framework and replace all of them AND at an incredible price. David was so kind and wonderful to work with that we still can’t imagine how easy the process was. Thank you David and all of the employees for terrific service and again an incredible finished product. I would recommend Kaplan to anyone.

They helped us with our camper awning after the track came from the actual awning. They even had a whole new piece of track for us and it was way more affordable than I thought. Had it done in a couple of weeks even during a busy stretch. I appreciate the service folks, now back to camping!
