I’m extremely happy with the job that Preservation Works completed. They transformed my semi-scary 1890’s basement (think Silence of the Lambs) into a usable basement that I am now happy to use. The stone and brick walls were cleaned up, repaired, and look incredible. It was done within the estimated time frame and at a fair price. Rob is very knowledgeable about old homes and gave me practical advice for the basement (and even for other areas of my home). His crew (thank you Nilo and Jon) went above and beyond with their skills, professionalism, and courtesy. I highly recommend Preservation Works.

Preservation Works is a professional, knowledgeable, skilled and wonderful company to work with, and I recommend them highly. Rob, the owner, really knows his stuff and explains everything clearly and with patience. His crew is professional, friendly and works very hard and the office staff is also professional, friendly and very responsive.
Part of the extensive repointing we had done occurred while smoke from Canadian wildfires was affecting our area. The two gentlemen who were working wore respirators and were behind a tarp during a run of really hot days, only exacerbated by the smoke. They never complained. The crew updates Rob daily on their work and informs him of any issues they find while doing the repointing. The end result looks terrific and we now have peace of mind that our home is impermeable from the elements. This is a top notch company!

Great job! Rob, Tara and the crew repaired an outside fireplace at my parent’s house – beautiful! The restoration work they completed on the Mt. Bethal Church in Mansfield Township is stunning – take a look! ( I pass by it every day) So I asked Rob if he could do a small job at my parent’s house – no problem!
