Absolutely atrocious. Rude, incompetent & uncooperative. These people have no humanity and can’t answer simple questions or handle things professionally and simply. Everything is a problem and a hoop to jump through. They will shut your service off without rhyme or reason when it is paid in full & completely up to date. They will shut your service off without proper notice or communication that they are doing so. Unprofessional and poor service.

These people are terrible they don’t care if you freeze. No one returns any phone calls, services and repairs are a absolute joke. They say they have a parts department, but no one has ever actually answered the phone.
